About Me

Hi, I'm Julia! I've been practicing immigration law for over a decade and wouldn't want to be doing anything else. When I'm not practicing, I'm teaching immigration law at night at a local public college. I live and breathe all things immigration. While I practice in both the employment and family-based immigration spaces, there's a special place in my heart for marriage-based green card cases. What can I say? I LOVE love.

It can be exceedingly difficult to navigate our complex immigration system. For couples planning their weddings or just starting their marriages, navigating these complicated legal immigration processes can feel like an insurmountable obstacle. I totally get it. Having successfully helped hundreds of couples obtain their marriage-based green cards, I've seen it all... and I'm here to help.

Got an immigration question? Feeling overwhelmed by hundreds of pages in paperwork?

I'm your girl.

Drop me a line!

For the fully banned countries, the Department of State has completely paused all nonimmigrant and immigrant visas. For the partially banned countries, immigrant visa and only some nonimmigrant visas are paused, which varies based on country. While the government initially exempted spouses of U.S. citizens, the December expansion removed this exception.  For those subject to the 39 country travel ban...
